The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and wife Brittany Mahomes celebrated their daughter Sterling‘s second birthday in style — literally! On Sunday, Brittany shared a video on her Instagram Story of the little girl opening a Chanel gift box to reveal a designer purse! At just two years old!! Wowza!
Specifically, Sterling was gifted a mini quilted Chanel purse with a baby-pink lining. If you’ve ever bought one — or just pined after them — you know you’re looking at an easy $5,000. She seemed excited about the gift, even holding it up on her arm, but she was also pretty focused on eating a piece of toast in her hand. So… that tells you how much the baby can appreciate the fancy bag at this age! LOLz!
The couple continued the glitz and glam when it came to the girl’s birthday bash, too! In another video, Brittany showed off a look at “Sterling’s Two Sweet”-themed party, which included lots of sweet treats, a bouncy house, and fun with friends.
Look, obviously the Super Bowl winner can afford it, that isn’t an issue. We’re just questioning the logic of giving a 2-year-old a purse she has no need for — that goes for more money than a lot of used cars.
